Beautiful Feet Brings Answers!
Are you struggling for the answers?

Let me share a little about why I am convinced that Jesus is the way, and how I came to be so confident in my Lord and Saviour.

Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”

That is a fact that is quite acceptable to all, so this being the case, then isn’t it amazing that we have a God that loves us in the following manner:

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

God loved us so very much that He made a way for us as stated in the following:

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
John 4:16 “I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
II Corinthians 5:21 “God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.”
I Timothy 2:5-6 “For there is one God and mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men – the testimony given in its proper time.”

Revelations tells us that He is standing at the door and knocking (Rev. 3:20) “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.”
Be open to His word and believe.
Acts 16:31 “They replied, ‘Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved – you and your household.”
Acts 17:30 “In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.”
Matthew 10:32 “Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge before my Father in Heaven.” Confess Him before men!!

Baptized!! Well, if we go back to the Acts 16:31 verse you will find that the following verses state that they spoke the word of the Lord to him and all the others in his household and verse 33 “At the hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds, then immediately he and all his family were baptized!” Acts 2:38 states it like this which repeats repentance also, Acts 2:38 “Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptized, everyone of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” No you don’t have to do anything to get the Holy Spirit, it is a gift from God at the time of your baptism and He gives it freely to all who surrender to His will. For more information on Baptism check out I Peter 3:20-21 and Acts 10:47-48 and many others.

Now comes  the hardest part of the surrender to Christ Jesus and the one so many times is left out! Live for Him. In Acts 2:42 “They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.” Let us also lean on I Corinthians 15:58 “Therefore my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

We have but one mission in our life and that is to fulfill the good commission. Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you and surely I am with you always to the very end of the age. “ Mark 16:10 “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.” Our part is to Go Tell!! Then we let the local congregation teach and baptize and follow up with the fellowshipping with one another. We plant the seed, they water, and God brings forth the harvest. God has given us the talent and opportunity to plant, others the talent to water and it is awesome to watch God bring forth the harvest!

Romans 10:14-15 “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent?” As it is written, “how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.” We want to have beautiful feet!
